I am currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Information Management, Peking University, under the supervision of Professor Shijuan Li (李世娟). I obtained my Master’s degree from the Department of Information Management, Beijing Jiaotong University, advised by Professor Runtong Zhang (张润彤). Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor’s degree through a joint program between Rochester Institute of Technology and Beijing Jiaotong University.

My research interests include information science, medical informatics, and reading promotion. My work has been published in top journals such as Decision Support Systems, Information Processing & Management, and Artificial Intelligence in Medicine. I also served as a peer reviewer for journals like npj Digital Medicine, Artificial Intelligence Review, Expert Systems with Applications , and Journal of Big Data.

🚀 Projects

Intergenerational Transmission of Reading in Rural China
Member | General Program of National Social Science Foundation of China | Jun. 2025 - Present

  • Advisor: Prof. Shijuan Li
  • Research: Investigating the micro-mechanisms of reading habit transmission in rural families using a mixed-method approach of Video Ethnography and Randomized Controlled Trials. Exploring how behavioral scaffolding compensates for cultural capital deficits in intergenerational care and assessing the effectiveness of no-phone interventions against digital interference.

Clinical misdiagnosis research and judgement techniques driven by healthcare big data
Student Director | General Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China | Sept. 2022 - Jun. 2025

  • Advisor: Prof. Runtong Zhang
  • Research: Developed a novel link prediction method using information fusion, achieving SOTA performance in completing the misdiagnosis knowledge graph. Applied a hybrid machine learning approach to multimodal patient data, reducing the misdiagnosis rate by 14% in a pilot hospital.
  • Development: Led a team to design and deploy an automated diagnostic error identification system processing 10TB of medical data. Improved rule mining efficiency by 15% through a robust system architecture using Spring Boot, Vue.js, Redis, and MySQL.

Hierarchical medical system under the sharing economy
Member | Major Program of National Social Science Foundation of China | Mar. 2023 - Mar. 2024

  • Advisor: Prof. Runtong Zhang
  • Research: Applied dynamic network techniques to optimize hierarchical medical treatment for acute and chronic diseases, improving treatment coordination. Developed a multimorbidity risk model integrating complex networks and cross-domain knowledge, creating a new index that boosts mortality prediction accuracy by 13%.
